Before tattooing, I wanted to rename my freelance business, something shorter than Avery Illustrations and something a bit more personal.
After brainstorming with a good friend, we decided to combine my first name with my two middle names, and it ended up working out better than I had thought.

I took the v from Avery, and used the y too but turned it into ii instead.
Then I grabbed the s and the ar from Sarah.
And lastly I used the ell from Ellen to complete the name.
Each meaning of my names surprisingly mesh pretty well together.
Avery – Keeper/Ruler of Elves
Sarah – Princess
Ellen – Light
As someone who has always enjoyed the fantasy genre, LoTR, WoW, DND, I was super happy that combining those essentially mean Elf Princess of Light.
